Cockatoo With an Old Broken Wing

This beauty, named Snowbird, has had a rough life so far and after having three owners,

it’s time that she get’s the love and care she deserves. According to the video posted by the Carolina Waterfowl Rescue, Snowbird needs to see the vet for several issues. Snowbird has an old broken wing that was not addressed and her droppings are signaling that there is also another issue going on. Additionally, sweet Snowbird has also been plucking at her feathers, which is a sure sign of stress.

The Carolina Waterfowl Rescue is already over budget and is struggling to do as much as possible for the cockatoo. With an appointment already scheduled for the vet, any donations would be a huge help in getting Snowbird the care she needs. How great would it be to see this pretty girl feeling better?
