Animals are so much like humans. Way more than we often give them credit for.
Of course they do all the basic things like eat, and walk, and so on. But they also dream, they love, and they make decisions. They look out for each other and form bonds with their families and friends.
This mama cat does exactly what any human mom would do when her baby is having a nightmare. She cuddles her baby close. Letting her babe know she is safe and secure, without even waking her. In fact, it doesn’t even look like the mama woke up. She just hugs her tight, all on auto-pilot! How many moms out there can relate to that?
