Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 March, 2015 - Val Muscalu of Montreal
was attacked by a crocodile at Costa Rica’s Tamarindo Beach. The croc bit his foot, knocking him off his board. Muscalu swam to shore and was taken to the hospital with foot injuries that required several stitches. He didn’t know what had hit him but later learned it was a crocodile.
